Bob Holda
Logic Teacher
Bob earned a B.A. in Elementary Education from Elmhurst College, an M.A. in Educational Administration from Aurora University, and an MDiv. from Mid-America Reformed Seminary. He has experience teaching in a public middle school as well as a private boarding school in the Chicagoland suburbs. Bob currently serves as pastor of Resurrection Presbyterian Church (OPC) in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Bob has been married to his wife Grace for over 17 years, and they have 4 children. The Holdas especially appreciate how classical Christian education honors God by working with the grain of his design for child development and how the cultivation of Christian virtue is not an add-on to Valor's educational goals, but is woven into the very DNA of its mission and vision, curriculum, teaching methods, classroom culture, daily rhythms, and overall ethos.
Bob and his family enjoy reading books aloud together, playing board games, taking walks and playing outdoors, bicycling, dancing, and visiting extended family back in Illinois.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to help the next generation develop clear and critical thinking skills and to use their whole bodies with wisdom and for the glory of God.”
